For: Section 73 to vary Conditions 2 (site layout and plans) and 7 (Estate roads
Amendment to compliance conditions) of R25/0400 (Variation of Conditions 1, 2, 3 & 8
of R19/1047 (development of up to 86 dwellings).

Proposal at: DUNCHURCH PARK HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTRE, RUGBY ROAD,

For: Variation of condition 1 of R23/1273 (retention of children’s playground, gatehouse
and security barrier) for a further temporary period of 18 months.

10. Bus Shelter Refurbishment – To consider quotations for varnishing and painting works.
11. To receive an update following discussions with Play Rangers and consider any actions
arising.
12. To receive an update on the repair and installation of the Library Access Door.
13. To receive an update regarding ownership of land at Hazelwood Close and consider any
actions required.
14. To appoint Councillor portfolio holders for Social Media, Planning, Environment,
Devolution and Speeding.
15. To receive an update from the Dunchurch Nature Group on the Library Garden project.
