9. Planning update

• To consider new planning applications and review planning decisions that have been determined: R25/0297 at Drayton House, Southam Road, Dunchurch, Rugby, CV22 6NL for Demolition of two dwellings and garage and the erection of five new dwellings and associated development.
• To consider taking part in the Rugby Local Plan and to what extent the Council would like to be involved.

11. Speeding, dangerous driving and traffic in the parish.

• To consider the correspondence received on Adkinson Avenue issues.

12. To discuss the Tritax Community Benefit Fund and any applications received to date.
13. To receive an update on the closure of Southam Road access to the car park
14. To discuss a Neighbourhood Plan for Dunchurch.
15. To receive an update on the Christmas events for 2025 within the Parish.
16. To retrospectively agree the comment on three planning applications after planning advice had been obtained by the Parish Council, under delegated authority.
17. Finance and administration
    1. To consider invoices for payment and payments received.
    2. To Authorise payments.
    3. To review the finance report for July 2025 and August 2025.
    4. To approve the bank reconciliation to 31/08/2025.
    5. To consider any suggestions for the budget setting process for the 2026/2027 financial year.
    6. To consider the ‘Parish Council Governance Improvement’ Report drafted by the Locum Parish Clerk.
    7. To receive an update on actions from the Annual Internal Audit Report 2024-2025.
    8. To consider the actions required to move the Parish Council’s banking to Unity Trust Bank.
    9. To consider the quotation to rectify issues with lighting in the Parish.
    10. To consider the funding request from Play Ranger Dunchurch Activity Club.
    11. To note that an expression of interest for more trees and hedgerow has been submitted to Rugby Borough Council.
18. To note that the date of the next Dunchurch Parish Council Meeting: Monday 13th October 2025 at 7pm.
19. Private Session

Under Section 1, Sub-Section 2 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it was felt advisable in the public interest, if members of the public were present during the consideration of such business, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information that the public be temporarily excluded and they are instructed to withdraw. A resolution is required at the meeting for items to be discussed in Private Session.

20. To note the NJC Pay Scales for 2025-2026 now that the pay award has been agreed.
21. To consider the request from a former employee regarding the NJC Pay Award for 2025/2026.
22. To discuss any matters pertaining to staffing at the Parish Council.
