11. To approve the following project funded by Tritax Community Benefit Fund:
    • Level the Arkwright’s playing field – c£10k
    • Replace sound system in village hall – £4k costed
    • Replace lighting used by Pantomaniacs – c£5k
    • Refurbishment of Kitchen at Old Laurentians Rugby Club – c£7.5k
    • Refurbishment of Library/ Community Hub – c£11k

12. To receive an update on the Christmas events for 2025 within the Parish.

14. Finance and administration
    • To consider invoices for payment and payments received.
    • To Authorise payments.
    • To review the finance report for September 2025.
    • To approve the bank reconciliation to 30/9/2025.
    • To receive an update on the actions required to move the Parish Council’s banking to Unity Trust Bank.
    • To note that an expression of interest for more trees and hedgerow has been submitted to Rugby Borough Council.
