  7. Planning update – To consider new planning applications and review planning decisions that have been determined:
    a. New Application – R25/0533 at 5, WESTON CLOSE, DUNCHURCH, RUGBY, CV22 6QD – Rear extension.
    b. To consider the Parish Council’s response to the Local Plan Consultation.
  8. To report requests for information and FOI Requests
  9. Speeding, dangerous driving and traffic in the parish
  10. To discuss the Tritax Community Benefit Fund
  11. Closure of Southam Road access to the car park
  12. To consider the cessation of funding for neighbourhood plans and the possible impact this may have on the Parish
  13.  To consider any possible Christmas events for the Parish.
  14. To consider the purchase of Christmas trees for the Parish and any actions that need to be agreed.
  15. Finance and administration
    a) To consider invoices and payments received
    b) Authorise payments
    c) To review the finance report
    d) To review and adopt the Publication Scheme
    e) To review and adopt the IT policy
    f) To agree the quote for a replacement lantern for LC3 Brook View for £470.30+VAT
    g) To note that the quote from Matthew Beasley to repair the Buttercross in the amount of £475+VAT has been agreed under delegated authority.
    h) To note that the Service Agreement for the cleaning of Dunchurch Library has been signed.
    i) To consider the draft hire agreement for Dunchurch Library.
    j) To consider a request to hire Dunchurch Library from a private tutor.
    k) To consider a request to hire the Arkwright Field for yoga classes.
  16. Private Session
    Under Section 1, Sub-Section 2 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it was felt advisable in the public interest, if members of the public were present during the consideration of such business, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information that the public be temporarily excluded and they are instructed to withdraw. A resolution is required at the meeting for items to be discussed in Private Session.
  17. To discuss and agree the increased responsibilities of the Community Hub Officer.
  18. To discuss and agree an increase in the hours for the Librarian.
  19. To discuss and agree any actions related to the employment of a Parish Clerk and RFO.
