Proposed Submission Local Plan Consultation

Rugby Borough Council is consulting on its Proposed Submission Local Plan, which sets out where and how development will take place across the borough up to 2042.

Residents can view the plan and supporting documents online at:

www.rugby.gov.uk/proposed-submission-local-plan

Hard copies are available at Rugby Library, Dunchurch Community Library, Wolston Library, and Rugby Borough Council offices.

Residents can submit comments and objections using the official Representation Form any time up to 5:00pm on Friday, 13 March 2026. Details of how to respond are available on the website. DPC will be formulating and coordinating responses that can be used on behalf of all residents. Please keep an eye out for messages here and on the Facebook page for more information.
