NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF THE RUGBY BOROUGH LOCAL PLAN 2025-2042 PURSUANT TO REGULATION 22 F THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LOCAL PLANNING) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (AS AMENDED).

Notice is given in accordance with the above Regulations that Rugby Borough Council has submitted the Rugby Submission Local Plan to the Secretary of State on 27 April 2026 for independent examination.

 The Submission Local Plan covers the borough of Rugby. You can review the Submission Local Plan and all documentation specified in the above Regulations at: https://www.rugby.gov.uk/en/submission-local-plan

 Hard copies of the Submission Local Plan document, the Sustainability Appraisal, the Policies Map, the Consultation Statement, and Consultation Statement Addendum, and other supporting evidence base documents will be deposited at the following locations for inspection within normal opening hours:

• Rugby Library and Information Centre, Little Elborow Street, Rugby, CV21 3BZ
