Love Rugby Festival 2026 is Underway – Celebrating Arts, Sport and Community Across the Borough

The Love Rugby Festival is now underway, bringing two weeks of exciting events across the borough. Running until 5 July, the festival celebrates sport, arts, culture and community, with something for all ages to enjoy in Rugby and surrounding villages.

The Love Rugby Festival 2026 officially began on Saturday 20 June and is already bringing energy, creativity and community spirit to Rugby borough.

Running until Sunday 5 July, the two-week festival features a vibrant programme of events celebrating everything from sport and wellbeing to arts, music and culture. Residents and visitors can enjoy a wide range of activities designed to bring people together and showcase the very best of what the borough has to offer.

This year’s programme includes live performances, exhibitions, family-friendly activities, sports taster sessions and cultural celebrations across Rugby town and its surrounding villages.

There is plenty still to look forward to over the coming days, including free activities and special community events suitable for all ages. Highlights include Live and Loud at the Benn Hall, swim taster sessions with Rugby Triathlon Club, multicultural celebrations, and the festival’s grand finale – the Couch to 5K Fun Run on Sunday 5 July.

Dunchurch is also proudly taking part in this year’s festival with Art in Dunchurch on 24th, 26th – 28th June, showcasing a wonderful range of 2D and 3D artwork created by talented local artists.

The Love Rugby Festival continues to be a fantastic opportunity for residents to get involved, try something new, support local groups and celebrate the strong sense of community across the borough.
