Have Your Say on Local Policing at ‘Your Voice in Policing’ Community Event
Join Warwickshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner and Chief Constable for Your Voice in Policing on Wednesday 26 November at the Benn Partnership Centre, Rugby. Share your views, ask questions, and help shape the future of local policing and community safety.
Published: 5 November 2025
Residents are invited to take part in Your Voice in Policing, a new community event giving local people the chance to share their views and ask questions directly to senior policing leaders.
Location: Benn Partnership Centre, Railway Terrace, Rugby CV21 3HR
Date: Wednesday 26 November 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Hosted by the Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire, Philip Seccombe, the event will feature a Q&A session with Chief Constable Alex Franklin-Smith, who will answer questions about anti-social behaviour, policing priorities, and community safety across the district.
Local Chief Inspector Angus Eagles will also be present to provide local context and insight into ongoing work within Rugby and the surrounding areas.
In addition to the main session, attendees can meet representatives from a range of partner organisations, including Rugby Borough Council, Victim Support, Rugby Street Pastors, and the local policing team. These groups will be available to discuss local issues, listen to concerns, and share information about the services they offer in the community.
Whether you’re concerned about anti-social behaviour, want to raise an issue in your neighbourhood, or simply wish to learn more about local policing, this is your opportunity to get involved and make your voice heard.
How to Get Involved
- Attend the event to join the conversation and meet the partners working to make Rugby safer.
- Submit a question in advance – it may be put to the Chief Constable or Chief Inspector during the event, or help shape future discussion topics.
Submit your questions here: https://s-url.co/E1wnAA
Alternatively, you can email your questions to opcc@warwickshire.police.uk.
Let’s work together to build safer, stronger communities for all. We look forward to seeing you there!
