5. To consider and agree the Warwickshire County Council quotation for carrying out the maintenance to the streetlights for financial year 2025/26 at a cost of £2.48+VAT per SOX/MBF/LED lanterns and £12.74+VAT per Non-SOX/MBF/LED lanterns.
6. To authorise the quote received from Rugby Borough Council to install the second noticeboard
7. To note the non-collection of Direct Debits for streetlight electricity
8. To authorise the purchase of children’s furniture and storage boxes for Dunchurch Library and Community Hub

 Under Section 1, Sub-Section 2 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and in view of the confidential nature of the business about to be transacted, it was felt advisable in the public interest, if members of the public were present during the consideration of such business, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information that the public be temporarily excluded and they are instructed to withdraw.  A resolution is required at the meeting for items to be discussed in Private Session.
