Rugby Literary Festival returns this October

Rugby Literary Festival takes place from 23–25 October, bringing a weekend of books, writing, creativity and storytelling to venues across Rugby town centre.

The festival offers a packed programme of events and workshops for book lovers of all ages, including author talks, creative writing sessions, storytelling, family activities and opportunities to meet local and visiting authors.

There is plenty for families to enjoy too, with children’s storytelling, creative workshops and a dedicated Family Day at The Benn Hall on Sunday 25 October, featuring storytelling, crafts, book-themed activities and children’s authors.

A highlight for book lovers will be the Rugby Literary Festival Book Fair at Rugby Library on Saturday 24 October, from 10am–3.30pm. The free event will feature more than 20 author stands, offering visitors the chance to browse books and meet authors.

There are events taking place throughout the weekend, with many requiring advance booking as spaces are limited.
