Noticed a street light that isn’t working? You can report it directly to Warwickshire County Council. Use the link below and let them know the location so they can get it fixed promptly.

If you see a street light that is flickering, broken, or not working at all, you can report it directly to Warwickshire County Council.

  • Log into your account (or create one if you don’t already have one)
  • If the street light is maintained by Warwickshire County Council, it will appear on a map. Simply click the street light and submit the fault.
  • General faults are usually attended to within 5 working days. Lighting with complex issues may take longer to resolve.
  • Urgent or dangerous faults will be prioritised and dealt with more promptly depending on the situation.
