Road Closure: A45 Daventry Road – 17th August 2025

As part of Warwickshire County Council’s planned surface dressing programme, Daventry Road (A45) in Dunchurch will be temporarily closed on Sunday 17th August 2025 to allow for essential maintenance works.

Closure Details:

• Road: A45 Daventry Road

• Location: Dunchurch

• Date of Closure: Sunday 17th August 2025

• Closed From: B4459 / M45 slip road roundabout

• Closed To: Longdown Lane / Woolscott Road

• Diversion Route: A45, A425, A423, A426, B4429 Daventry Road and vice versa

Please note that there will be no access to the M45 from the A45 Daventry Road while the works are in progress.

Please be aware that these works are weather dependent.
If conditions are too wet or too hot, the works may be postponed. Any changes to the planned schedule will be shared on the Parish Council’s Facebook page and website as soon as possible.
