4. To receive a report from the Chair of the Parish Council
5. To receive reports from Borough and County Councillors
6. To receive reports from Community Organisations
   Printed reports from various groups may be available on the night. All reports will also be published on the website in due course.
7. Open forum
8. Vote of Thanks and Formal Closure of the Meeting

There will then be an opportunity for residents and visitors to mingle and chat with representatives of our community groups.
