Our Jay Foundation is coming to Dunchurch with a free, practical CPR and defibrillator session on Saturday 19 September. Learn what to do in an emergency, watch demonstrations and have a go at practising these potentially life-saving skills.

Our Jay Foundation is coming to Dunchurch Community Hub & Library on Saturday 19 September to bring a free, practical session on CPR and defibrillator use to the local community.
The Be Ready, Save a Life session will give residents the opportunity to learn more about what to do in an emergency, watch demonstrations and have a go at practising the skills for themselves.
The session will include:
- A brief talk about what to do in an emergency
- A CPR demonstration
- A defibrillator demonstration
- The opportunity to practise CPR on training mannequins
- Hands-on practice using training defibrillators
No previous experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.
The session is free to attend, but attendees are asked to book a free ticket through Eventbrite where possible. This will help the organisers keep track of numbers and make sure they are prepared for everyone attending.
